Pay and working style
We won't ask you to start on vague terms. Here's what we know so far.
- How pay works
- A fixed fee per session, set to cover preparation and report writing as well as the call itself.
- Rank system
- Five tiers: Certified, Advance, Professional, Expert, Premier. Based on ratings, repeat rate, report quality, and meeting our SLAs (Zoom link within 48h, report within 24h).
- Payment cycle
- Planned as month-end close with payment at the end of the following month.
- What you need
- A computer that can screen-share, a stable connection, and a Zoom account. No equipment purchase required.
Exact fees and rank criteria will be finalised after the validation phase. Anyone who registers beforehand will be told the final terms individually.

Create an account
Sign up with your email. It takes a minute.

Send your application
Tell us about your coaching background, strengths, languages and approach. Everyone is screened, because you will be talking one-on-one with a child.

Review by our team (usually 2 business days)
We read every application and reply by email. Until you are approved you are not listed and receive no requests.

Profile and code of conduct
After approval, complete your public profile and agree to the code of conduct for coaching minors.

Add open slots to go live
Add slots by weekday and time in one go. Coaches with no open slots are not listed, so please add the times you can take.

Start coaching when a request arrives
Watch the video, send a short note, run the session, deliver the report. The coach guide covers every step.
What we ask of you
- Experience coaching youth players, or the playing background to coach them.
- Willingness to go through our review (usually 2 business days).
- Agreement to our code of conduct for coaching minors.
- Zoom link within 48 hours of a booking, report within 24 hours of a session.
- No promises you cannot keep. KICKUP Online does not allow exaggerated claims.
Common questions
I currently coach at a club. Is that a problem?
Please check your club's rules. We don't require exclusivity, and you can use a display name other than your legal name.
Can I coach players who only speak English or Spanish?
Yes. List those languages on your profile and families searching in them will find you.
How much time does reviewing the video take?
Submitted videos are up to 10 minutes. Expect 20-30 minutes to watch and take notes, plus about 15 minutes for the report.
