Terms of Service — Free service

A human coach reviews your submitted video and provides online coaching and a report. Initial and follow-up sessions are currently free. No payment details or credit purchase are required. Any future paid offer will be explained separately and require a new order. We do not charge automatically or guarantee sporting results, selection or a particular improvement.

Provide accurate information. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent and attendance during sessions. Explain the service to the player and check their wishes. A session may be postponed if guardian attendance cannot be confirmed.

Submit videos you made or have permission to submit for coaching. Obtain necessary permission for other identifiable people or obscure identifying details. Do not submit unauthorized broadcasts or streams. Rights remain with their owners. KICKUP Online uses videos only for coaching and necessary operations, not for public advertising or AI training.

Accepting these terms does not authorize recording, transcription or external AI processing. We request separate consent for each case under Recording, transcription and AI. You may decline or withdraw and contact us to arrange coaching without recording or AI. AI outputs are internal drafts that a coach must review and edit before delivery.

You can reschedule or cancel on the case page until 24 hours before the session. For later changes or connection problems, contact us. There are no cancellation or absence fees during free service. Operations will coordinate a replacement session for coach unavailability or connection failures. See the Operations Policy.

Do not infringe rights, register false information, harass others, make inappropriate contact, record or publish without permission, or attempt unauthorized access. Use KICKUP Online’s designated contact channels. Private contact exchanges with minors and direct off-platform contracts are prohibited. Stop exercises that are unsuitable for your condition.

We may restrict use for safety issues or violations and explain the reason and contact route where possible. We will coordinate practical responses such as rescheduling for disruptions. These terms do not exclude liability or waive rights where applicable law prohibits doing so.

We announce material changes in the service and request renewed consent where needed. Contact us for account closure or deletion; after identity verification we will explain the handling of open cases and retained information.
