Both first and follow-up sessions are currently free. If paid services are introduced, we will explain the prices and terms and ask you to sign up separately.
Changes and cancellations
- Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the start.
- Miss a session inside 24 hours and we'll still reschedule once at no charge.
- If the coach cannot attend, we will arrange another date at no charge.
- Sessions lost to connection problems are also eligible for rescheduling.
There are no payments or credit purchases. Contact us about schedule changes or any difficulties.
